Product update: key takeaways

Our product team is always looking for ways to make it easier for you to get the insights you need. Their latest invention: the key takeaways widget.

If you need to rapidly understand what’s happening in your data, or want to know which themes need attention, then key takeaways will be a lifesaver.

It provides a shortlist of key takeaways based on what’s showing up in your data, and it feels like pure magic!

Add the key takeaways widget to your dashboard to quickly get a feel for positive and negative themes, emerging themes, declining themes and score changes, presented in a list of bullet points.

The number of takeaways depends on what applies to your data, so you can be sure it’s relevant.

Here’s how to add the widget to your dashboard:

Open your dashboard, and click on the Edit icon to make changes:

Scroll down, past your existing widgets, until you see the Add widget section:

Click on this, and Configure your new widget - Key Takeaways is first on the list!

Click okay, and drag your new widget to wherever works best for you on the dashboard. Save, and you’re done!

Keep in mind that the takeaways are based on the time period determined by you - you can change the date filter to see what’s highlighted for the past week/month/year etc.

Take a look at your key takeaways the next time you login to Thematic, and get a snapshot of what’s going on in your feedback data! Feel free to reach out to Thematic at any time for assistance.
