What is a piece of feedback?

A piece of feedback can be a review, a verbatim response to a survey in an open-ended question, a customer complaint text, a customer interaction with a chat agent, a support ticket.

What is a dataset?

A dataset can be a CSV spreadsheet, a survey pulled from a survey tool, or data pulled from a data source such as a CX platform, support platform, or a social media site. Please note: some datasets may require additional customer success hours

What is included in my free trial?

1 CSV upload or 1 dataset from a data source integration, up to 6 months of data, up to 6,000 pieces of feedback, access to all features.

What happens after the trial?

You can upgrade to a Flexible plan, get custom pricing, or transition to the Basic plan.
