A piece of feedback can be a review, a verbatim response to a survey in an open-ended question, a customer complaint text, a customer interaction with a chat agent, a support ticket.

What is a dataset?

A dataset can be a CSV spreadsheet, a survey pulled from a survey tool, or data pulled from a data source such as a CX platform, support platform, or a social media site. Please note: Some datasets require custom data cleaning.

What is included in a free trial?
